Good Harvest Conditions

INVERCARGILL, Mar. 18.

Harvesters were out in force in Southland today. Conditions were described as the best since the recent spell of heavy rain.

Moisture content of the wheat had dropped considerably and at Woodlands it was about 18 per cent. Farmers were ready to work well into the night.
