f, The Special Service AUCKLAND. A raceccjrse inspector. Mr C. Dudley, of iuckiand. will go to Sydney for ip days next month. He will repwt to the New Zealand RacihA Conference on various aspens of Australian racing.
Mr Dudley, jvho is due to leave on April 1, said yesterday he would specially interested in the Organisation and conduct of the twining schools for jockeys in Sydney and th- procedure adopted by th< Australian Jockey Club after'-he notification of positive teajje for dopeing. It would be his dry also to establish contacts wivthc Aus tralian police de*rtments which assist in the sujfervision of Sydney and Melbouiie race meetings.
Formerly of Wangand Mr Dudley joined the staff f the New Zealand Racing Conference 19 years ago. In the meaifime he has managed practi<jiv every type of racing inqLtv. In most of the more notaq e cases involving corrupt praette and doping he has been q charge of the investigations. , In 1956 he organised th Auckland Racing Club’s firs apprentice jockey's school, a Ardmore.
