Tabak Wins Competition
T. J. Tabak, who rode with great success in New Zealand, has won a winter road cycling competition in Holland, and now intends to ride in the Tour of Holland, starting on March 27.
He is to lead the Olympia club team in the tour, he says in a letter.
In the four-race competition, Tabak won three of his races and was second in the i other, to gain 38 points. The runner-up scored 20 points. This Saturday he will ride in the Gent-Keper, one of Belgium’s biggest road races, which attracts about 200 starters.
