(N'.Z Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, March 15. Interest in all crossbred wools was much wider at the London March wool sales yesterday. Values showed a marked improvement on February rater under exceptionally keen Home and Continental competition. The brokers’ and Wool Com mission’s official report sail that, compared with closing February rates, greasy medium crossbreds rose 5 to 7} per cent, and coarse crossbreds 7i per cent. Second shears improved 5 per cent, and lambs’ fully 10 per cent.

Scoured crossbred fleece appreciated 2| to 5 per cent; bulky skirtings 5 to 7i per cent, short skirtings 10 per cent, good lambs’ 2j per cent, average lambs’ 5 per cent, and second shears 2J per cent. The stipe offering, largely November and December production lambs* wool, was mostly 2j per cent dearer.
