REINSMAN FINED

A Hawera reinsman, G. D. Grantham, was fined 340 after the Early Bird Pace at Alexandra Park, on Saturday, on a charge of careless driving. According to the stipendiary report, Grantham, driving Lockwood Boy, took the ground of Mister Mac going out of the straight the first time. Mister Mac waa checked.
