Simmonds For Rangers
The former Canterbury captain and centre-half, D. Simmonds, has returned to the soccer club in which he began as a boy—Rangers. He signed to play for the club last evening. Simmonds, who returned to' Christchurch recently after three years playing senior football in Australia, previously played for ShirleyNomads. He played 23 times for Canterbury between 1960 and 1964.
