Tasman Sees Profit Rise
(N.Z. Press Association; AUCKLAND, March 7. On balance, the profit of Tasman Pulp and Paper Company, Ltd, is expected to show a significant increase in the current year as a result of devaluation, according to the chairman (Mr J. C. Fletcher). The Immediate benefit from sales expressed in overseas currency was substantial, he said. But revenue Increases were also expected to rise about s2m in the full year.
