President Nasser yesterday swore to liberate, foot by foot, whatever the cost, all Arab areas occupied by Israelis in the Middle East war last year. “Our first and foremost duty is not to enter into a legal discussion for a definition of aggression; it is to liberate the occupied territory,” President Nasser declared.
