Queen’s Award Winner
A 16-year-old member of the seventeeth Christchurch Boys’ Brigade Company, Bruce Partridge, of Bryndwr, was last evening presented with the badge of the Queen’s award, the first won by a member of the company. The badge was presented during a ceremony at St David’s Methodist Church by
