Because both the Secondary School Boards’ Association and the Education Boards'! Association have asked the! Minister of Education (Mi i Kinsella) to establish a comprehensive committee for the recruitment of teachers, the Christchurch Secondary Schools' Council last evening “received” the Post-Primary Teachers’ Association booklet. “Lost Opportunities,” which last year examined the high school staffing situation Mr W J. Cartwright said little 1 more could be done at present. There was no other comment. v
