LINCOLN COLLEGE

More Lecture Theatres

(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, Feb. 26.

On the recommendation of the University Grants Committee the Government has approved the preparation of plans for two new lecture theatres at Lincoln College. The Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella) said today that the lecture theatres would provide seating accommodation for 300 and 350 students respectively and were being built to cope with the increasing rolls in the diploma of agriculture classes. The theatres are to be built linked to the new teaching building which has recently been completed at Linicoln College.
