Yarrell (Wellington), 7020; G. Hookings (Auckland), 6308: B. Heginbotham (Wellington), 6236. Yesterday was a rest day for competitors.
Film Star Dead. Mae Marsh, the “innocent little sister” of D. W. Griffiths’s silent film classic, “The Birth of a Nation,” died yesterday at her home in Hermosa Beach at the age of 72.
