Conviction Of Founders (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, February 7. A central criminal court jury today convicted the founders of Latec Investments, Ltd, oh charges relating to the publication of a false statement in a prospectus. Robert Arthur Cattell, aged 53, and his brother, Charles Leslie Cattell, aged 51, who founded the company in 1953, were remanded in custody by Mr Justice R. L. Taylor until 10 a.m. tomorrow, when he will pass sentence. The jury, after a 12-day trial, took less than one hour to return the verdict of guilty on all counts.
