DELAYS AT BLUFF

(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 5. The master of the Antarctic cruise ship Magga Dan (Captain F. Bang) does not believe Bluff is suited as a ban; for further trips. “It’s too hard to get work done here,” Captain Bang said today. “It’s too far from Invercargill, and everything moves too damn slow.” The chairman of the Southland Harbour Board (Mr J. Philp) said that the board would “lean over backwards” to obtain a regular cruise service to the Antarctic from the port. / He said short notice had been given that the Magga Dan would call.
