CHRISTCHURCH. 3679 INCOME TAX REMINDER PAYMENT OF PROVISIONAL AND TERMINAL TAX THE second instalment of 1968 Provisional tax together with any 1967 Terminal tax assessed is payable by— MARCH 7, 1968, at any Office of the Inland Revenue Department or at any Post Office with Savings Bank facilities. 1967 Terminal tax assessments issued show the full amount payable. If you are a Provisional taxpayer and have not received your assessment you should pay before March 7 twice the amount Baid for the first instalment, owever, if you are a farmer, who qualifies, and have elected to pay provisional tax in three equal instalments, you should Say the same amount paid as a rst instalment. Remember, you can make an estimate or re-estimate of Provisional tax if the income now expected for 1968 is lower than that on which the first instalment of Provisional tax was based. In such cases the second instalment may be suitably reduced. If the 1968 Provisional tax has already been paid in full a second instalment payment is not necessary. D. A.
