Wilding Cup

The Anthony Wilding Memorial Cup for the association scoring most points in events at the national tennis championships was won this year by Wellington, with S) points, from Auckland, with I.

Wellington’s points were gained by Miss M. Pryde, women’s singles 3 and girls' doubles L and D, A. Parun, boys’ singles I}, and boys doubles J.

Auckland’s points were gained by B. E. Fairlie, men’s singles 3, men’s doubles 1, and mixed doubles 1.

Other points were North Shore 2 (Miss P. Rogan, mixed doubles, and J. G. Simpson, boys' doubles and Junior mixed); Canterbury If (Miss J. Bishop, girls’ singles); and Southland 1 (girls’ doubles end mixed doubles).
