N.Z. FLIGHT CANCELLED

(N.Z. Press Association)

WELLINGTON, Dec. 10. There will be only one 8.0.A.C. flight to New Zealand from Britain this week because of the 48-hour 8.0.A.C. pilots’ strike.

The corporation’s Wellington manager (Mr J. Johnson) said today the strike, which began yesterday, would not delay any passengers, mail or cargo as arrangements had been made with associate airlines.

8.0.A.C. has two flights from Britain to New Zealand each week.
