Waterfront Holiday
On Friday, Show Day, a holiday will be observed on the Lyttelton waterfront, while on the following day, Saturday, only those vessels which can finish cargo and sail that day will be worked. The normal handling of passengers’ cars, luggage and also mails aboard the inter-island steamers will continue uninterrupted.
