Exchange Of Troops

CN.Z.P.A. Reuter—Copyright) PARIS, November 6. Talks are continuing between Soviet and French military authorities on exchanges of paratroops and medical officers for training purposes, an Armed Forces Ministry spokesman said yesterday. The talks had not yet been concluded, he said, “but at the moment there are quite definitely no Soviet forces is France for training or for anything else.” The spokesman said talks on these exchanges were held during the visit to Paris last month of Marshal Zakharov, the Soviet Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Defence Minister.
