Of Wainul Lodge, Symonda Street Auckland. Mr Gunn’a relatives live in England. A police officer. aald today that Mr Gunn had a ticket for an early morning flight today to Melbourne. His luggage had been taken to the airport. The other man who was drowned after being trapped In the car waa Boger Garth Twlgden, aged iSRUM
2 Maya Avgnw. Mount Roskill. Mr Twigden had repretented Auckland and Whangseel at hockey and was a triallst for the Now Zealand hockey team at the UM Olympic Games at Tokyo. This season he captained the senior Grammar Old Boys’ hockey team. A passenger in the car, CoUn Robert Bell, of U Bidings Road, Remuera, who was not injured, was unsure of the events before the car’s dive into the harbour. He said ha thought the ear was about to turn round. He had managed to squeese through a window before the ar settled on the harbour bed. The owner of the car, Wayne Michael William Hall, aged 20, single, of 3 Mona Avenue, Mount Roskill, was hauled unconscious from the water and is seriously ill in the Auckland Hospital.
