Simple Service For Attlee

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) LONDON, October 12. The Prime Minister, Mr Harold Wilson, was among close friends and relatives yesterday at a simple funeral service for Earl Attlee. Less than 150 people attended the service in the twelfth-century Temple Church, near the London flat where Lord Attlee spent the latter part of his life. Lord Attlee’s ashes will be buried at a memorial service in Westminster Abbey next month.
