PALMER, Alwyn (Jim) (Squadron Leader R.N.Z.A.F.).—On October 10, 1907, at his residence, 2 Centaurus Road, loved husband of Alice Palmer, and father of Alwyn, Cyril and father-in-law of Elizabeth Gae Palmer.
