(Ji.Zt Press Association) . WELLINGTON. A . Wellington Plunket Shield selector for six years, Mr I. P. Upston, will not seek re-election this season. He had been convener of the selection panel for the last two years. Both remaining members of the panel, Messrs N. W. Brookes and T. S. Russ, are available for selection.
