Burglaries Reported
A 9in portable television set valued at $2OO, was taken when a house in Cashel Street was broken into between 8.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. yesterday morning.
Cigarettes, tobacco and chocolates of a total value of $222 were stolen when the canteen of the Templeton Farm Hospital was broken into last Saturday night The burglary was reported yesterday.
A tool box and tools of a total value *f $l3B was taken from the garage of a house tn Sydney Street when it was broken into between Tuesday and Wednesday, and women’s clothing valued at $lO4 was taken from a house in St Asaph Street between 9.30 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. on Tuesday.
An electric drill and accessories valued at $l5 were taken when the shed of a house in Mackworth Street was broken into on Tuesday night
The three wheels of a gas plant assembly and two Tilley lamps were taken from the Addington Railway Workshops between October 5 and October 11. The stolen goods were valued at $63.60. - A 12 inch television set, valued at $5O was taken from a flat in Huxley Street on Tuesday night and $4O in

Car keys were taken whan the office and garage premises of Douglas Brown Car Sales Ltd, Colombo Street, were broken into on Tuesday night Nothing else was taken. A radio valued at $2O was taken when the clubhouse of the Dallington Bowling Club, Kerrs Road, was broken into.
Two premises in Holly Road were broken into yesterday. Fifty-four dollars in money was taken from a flat between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and 50c was taken from a house between 10.30 p.m, and 3 p.m.
Linoleum, carpentry equipment and a elock, of a total value of $49, was taken from a house in Hereford Street on Tuesday night
