INJURED IN FALL

A painting contractor was admitted to Christchurch Hospital yesterday with moderately serious back injuries and an arm injury after he fell 15ft from scaffolding. The accident occurred at New Brighton at 8.50 a.m. The man is Arthur Basil Glubb, of 40 The Esplanade, Sumner. His condition last evening was described as comfortable.
