Man Charged With Murder

DANNEVIRKE, Sept. 20.
A Norsewood farm labourer was charged with the murder of a farmer, also of Norsewood, in the Dannevirke Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Messrs W. G. Holloway and L. G. Beaumont, J.P.s. Taki Wetine Rua, aged 39. was charged with the murder yesterday of Whiro Rapana Wehi, aged 46, the father of seven children. Rua, was remanded without plea to the Wellington Magistrate’s Court on October 4.
