PUBLISHER’S WALK
(N Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Sept. 20. The vetefan author, publisher and walker, Mr A. H. Reed, plans to walk the 18 miles from Otorohanga to Te Awamutu on November 2. Mr Reed, aged 91, will hike the distance to open an arts exhibition at Te Awamutu. Mr Reed’s father did a similar walk in May, 1887. Otorohanga was then the rail head of the main trunk line.
