No Quorum Of

Creditors

William David Ball, a driver, ' of 52 Manurere Street. Hei Hei, was adjudged a bankrupt on his own petition on September 8 and had a total deficiency of $636.01, a meeting of his creditors was told in the office of the Official Assignee (Mr T. A. F. Withers)' on Tuesday. Ball said he had been off work for more than a month before Easter and during this time he had incurred the debts he was unable to pay. His creditors had been pressing him since then and a warrant had been issued for his arrest. His file disclosed unsecured creditors for $636.01 and there were no secured creditors.

There was no quorum of creditors and the meeting adjourned sine die.
