(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) MONTREAL. H. O. L. Pederson, of New Zealand, won the morning race in the open races for the Flying Dutchman class at the world sailing championships on Mon day. Pederson also came fourth hi the afternoon race in the same class. After five races in the series, Pederson was lying third overall, behind B. Verhagen (Holland), who won the afternoon race and was sixth in the morning, and R. Patterson (England), who had a second and a fifth.
