RIOT POWDER.—Firemen, in football helmets and knee pads, acting as rioters for a demonstration of a new product called “Rio Troll” in Dallas, Texas. When the powder is dusted on streets and sprayed with water, it produces an “instant banana-peel” effect. Firemen carrying packages the same weight and size as television sets were unable to negotiate the test surface upright.
