SECRETARY TO RETIRE

Miss A. M. Gullick, who has been secretary to the principal of Avonside Girls’ High School for 19 years, will retire at the end of the term. This was announced at the club’s evening at the school on Monday.

Mrs K. Diehl, honorary vice-president of the ParentTeacher Association, presented Miss Gullick with an electric fry pan, on behalf of parents.
