UPSTON, Acting Town Clerk. 7928 CHRISTCHURCH TRANSPORT BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch Transport Board proposes at its meeting to be held on the 4th day of September, 1967, to consider a motion > to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanci tion to the borrowing of the sum of 81,500,000 for the purpose of constructing administration offices for the board’s own purposes including staff amenities, traffic control, traffic staff muster requirements, Board and Committee rooms, record storage rooms, together with all plant, services and appurtenances in connexion therewith, plus office space for letting. The Security for the loan shall be a Special Rate of .019938 of a cent in the dollar on the capital value of all rateable property in the Christchurch Transport District. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Christchurch Transport Board not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
