Appointments are ' made in one of the following grades of tutorship in i technical institutes, with salaries as shown; 1 Range of salaries: ; Tutor Grade I $2210 to $3570 Tutor Grade II $3230 to $4230 r Tutor Grade 111 $3950 to $4520 . Point of entry depends on qualifications and expert- - ence. : TUTOR GRADE I (1) Litho-machining or platemaking. Good practical experience with examination qualifications ■ if possible. To teach apprentices to Trade Certificate level. (2) Refrigeration/Heatlng and Ventilating. Good 1 practical experience with examination qualifications. To teach apprentices to Advanced Trade i Certificate level. ; TUTOR GRADE lOR II (3) Agriculture. To teach the main branches of farming to practising farmers, pre-entry university students, and farm training cadets. Graduate or diploma holder required. (4) Surveying. Qualified surveyor with good practical experience to teach survey cadets and survey technicians. TUTOR GRADE I, 11, OR 111 (5) Mechanical or Civil Engineering. University or Institution graduate required for subjects at technician grade. To teach years 3 to 5 of New Zealand Certificate courses. TUTOR GRADE II OR 111 (6) Town Planning. Good practical experience and examination qualifications required. To teach students in courses for New Zealand Certificates in Surveying and for the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
