Dickson Gets Rugby “Cap”
The 19-year-old New Brighton half-back, L. Dickson, will play his first game for Canterbury in the representative match against Buller at Westport on Saturday. Dickson, who was
brought into a Canterbury representative trial in June from the under-20 grade, has played only four senior •games.
He replaces L. J. Davis who will be an emergency for the New Zealand team to play Australia at Wellington on Saturday. The changes from the team chosen to play against MidCanterbury are the return of M. J. Millar as a lock and J N. Creighton as hooker. The team is:

Buller Changes
The Buller team has three changes from that which lost to West Coast last month.
A. Tinetti will play at halfback in place of M. Geddes, who has left the district, and F. Neighbours will be the first five-eighths. D. Cumming moves out to second for J. Zampach. The regular full-back for some seasons, R. Dawe, who was replaced by R. Barrell in the first three games of the season, returns to that position. The team is:
