No Observers At Elections

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 14. New Zealand will not have any observers at the South Vietnamese presidential elections, to be held on September 3, apart from her representatives in the New Zealand ambassador’s office in Saigon. The Prime Minister (Mr Hoiyoake) said today that the Government had not considered sending any observers.
