The land concerned is situated in the County of Waimairi on the Main North road at Chaney's. The Legal description of the land is part of Lot 3 on Deposit Plan 9738 being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 511, Folio 227 (Canterbury Registry). The application may be examined at the office of the Waimairi County Council at the corner of Jeffreys and Clyde roads, Fendalton, Christchurch, during normal office hours and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, Waimairi County Councl, on the corner of Jeffreys and Clyde roads.
