Poor Entries In 7-A-Side
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON.
The Wellington Rugby Union will play its senior seven-a-side tournament on July 29 in spite of few entries.
The chairman (Mr C. G. Gibbons) told the management committee last night that the entry of 16 teams was very disappointing. Mr Gibbons said all senior clubs were represented, but it was disappointing that some would not enter two teams.
