Remarkable
The young Wellington flanker, G. C. Williams, has fashioned a remarkable record since he played for Wellington in 1964 as a lad of 19.
His game against Canterbury today will be his fifty-second appearance for Wellington. In the three years he has played for Wellington, Williams has represented the Junior All Blacks and has threatened to rival K. R. Tremain as a forward tryscorer.
