Captain R. s. Wait, R.N.Z.A., has been appointed the Southern Military District recruiting officer. He succeeds Major V. J. Vaney who has been appointed general staff officer responsible Tor the district training oraneh. Formerly, Captain Wait was the staff captain responsible for the district’s quartermaster branch.
