Memorandum On Enzlon
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 27. A memorandum from the trustee of Enzlon Chemical Fibres, Ltd. (in receivership) has been sent to debenture stockholders, together with a summary of the receiver’s statement of receipts and payments. The stockholders have been advised that the trustee, National Mutual Life Nominees, Ltd., does not expect it will be possible to make a distribution to them till certain matters in dispute are determined.
The points in dispute have not been disclosed.
