Decrease Of About 17p.c. (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 27. Total group tax paid profit of Manthel Holdings, Ltd., Wellington G.M. Holden dealer, for the year to March 31, will exceed £95,000. Last vear’s profit was a record £115,000. The profit includes a nonrecurring amount after tax of £5050, relating to prior years and brought about by a change in the method of accounting for deferred hirepurchase profits. A final dividend of 6 per cent is recommended, making a total of 12 per cent for the year. The full year's dividend requirements will be covered 2.6 times. Last year’s total dividend was 12 per cent.
