Cameron Wins Cycling Cup
The promising junior, M. Cameron, won the Stevens Cup in a 25-mile race for cash cyclists on Saturday.
Cameron and his comarker, J. R. Williams, gathered in two of the earlier bunches in the first lap of 8} miles and before the second of the three laps was completed, had hit the front. As riders were dropped, there were only three left for the sprint and Cameron won from Williams and A. Howi-j son.
The next riders to finish, only 16.6 sec back, included the Yaxley brothers off scratch, who took the first two places for fastest time.
