Busy Week For Blenheim
(From Our Own Reporter? BLENHEIM, May 8. Blenheim will be busy this week, with two conferences, a hockey tournament, and a visit by competitors at the world ploughing championship. The conferences are those of the New Zealand Women's Basketball Association and the Association of Registered Male Nurses. The hockey is a Maadi Cup tournament among Marlborough, Nelson, and the West Coast junior players. Forty ploughmen are on a two-day sight-seeing tour of the district. They will visit local factories and have a scenic cruise in the Marlborough Sounds.
