S.I. Wool Meeting
The South Island Wool Association’s annual conference will be held on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday there will be a quality number and yield competition followed by an address on the end uses of New Zealand wool by Mr J. B. McFaul!, an economist of the Meat and Wool Boards’ Economic Service, and a visit to the Wool Research Organisation and the Wool Industries’ Research Institute. On Friday there will be a series of papers on standardised classification of the New Zealand wool clip followed by a panel discussion.
