Fewer Large Blooms Among Chrysanthemums
There were fewer large blooms than last year because of unfavourable weather in this year’s Lyttelton chrysanthemum show, which was opened by the Rev. N. E. Smith. There was a large increase in miscellaneous chrysanthemums. The decorative section was smaller, but there were more exhibits in the domestic and produce sections.
