Factory Sold For £8000

A modern concrete block factory of 4265 sq. ft. on a section of 1 rood 22.3 perches, with frontages to Edgeware road and Radnor street, St. Albans, was sold for £BOOO at public auction on Tuesday. The property, zoned industrial B, was offered on account of Edgeware Investments, Ltd., by N. H. McCrostie and Company. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. The Government valuation Is £10,875.

The Christchurch City Council’s section of half an acre, opposite 106 Aylesford street; St. Albans, has been sold by private treaty by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd., which has also sold a brick house at 27 Garden road, Fendalton. Both properties were passed in when offered at auction recently.
