(N.Z. Press Association) BLENHEIM. R. S. Brown, rider of Mr Ed In the Wairau Hack Handicap, was suspended until 5 p.m. on April 26 after an inquiry by the judicial committee on the final day of the Marlborough Racing Club’s meeting yesterday. Brown was charged with causing interference to Bandarshar (G. T. Dobbs) in the Wairau Hack and Hunters' Hurdles. L. K. Tinsley, rider of Gold Mint, was fined £l5 for causing interference to His Lordship (K. S. Cul'len) in the Dix Memorial Hack Handicap.
