Motor-cycle Engine Taken

A motor-cycle engine valued at £5O was stolen from the rear yard of a Stanmore road property on Monday. The engine was removed from the motor-cycle frame. Some time on Friday or Saturday, a motor-cycle which had parts missing, was removed from the rear yard of a house in Gregan crescent The machine is a 1953 Royal Enfield 350 c.c. and is not registered.

Between 2.30 p.m. and 3.40 p.m. on Monday £8 10s was stolen from a house In Derby street.

Blankets valued at £9 5s were stolen on Friday night from a flat in Fitzgerald avenue.

Two crash helmets, valued at £l3 10s, were stolen on Sunday from a motor-cycle while it was parked in Restall street.

On Sunday night a house in Yaldhurst road was broken into and after a thorough search had been made of the premises the intruders left taking 2s.
