Wildlife In Antarctic (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, April 17. The House of Commons has passed a bill to help preserve wildlife in the Antarctic. It will become law when passed by the House of Lords. The bill will enable Britain to give effect to measures to conserve fauna and flora in the Antarctic adopted by the third consultative meeting of the Antarctic Treaty countries at Brussels in 1964. These countries are Australia, Argentina, Belgium, Britain, Chile, France, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, the Soviet Union and the United States.
