(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) PARIS. The French Rugby Federation yesterday launched a courtesy campaign in an attempt to curb rowdy spectators. With the State-run radio and television organisation, it appealed to the public for a courtesy slogan. The winning author was offered an all-expenses-paid 15-day holiday in South Africa, while a French airline promised a free round-trip ticket.
